N&rsquo;oubliez pas de d\u00e9brancher les appareils qui ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9: micro-ondes, chargeur de batterie etc. Les ampoules ne sont pas non plus sans importance. Des ampoules traditionnelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rant beaucoup de chaleur, il vaux mieux les remplacer avec des tubes LED.<\/p>\n<p><b>Utiliser de l&rsquo;eau.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pendant de grandes chaleurs il ne faut pas oublier de boire beaucoup d&rsquo;eau qui aide notre organisme \u00e0 survivre.\u00a0 L&rsquo;eau froide peut aussi aider nos logements. On peut verser de l&rsquo;eau froide dans la\u00a0 baignoire, laissant ouverte la porte de la salle de bain. L&rsquo;eau rafraichira nettement les pi\u00e8ces se trouvant pr\u00e8s de la salle de bain et rendra l&rsquo;air plus frais et plus agr\u00e9able.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row
