Les fen\u00eatres \u00e0 haute performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique se d\u00e9marquent particuli\u00e8rement dans ce domaine, car elles contribuent non seulement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de chauffage des pi\u00e8ces, mais augmentent \u00e9galement le confort de vie en offrant une meilleure isolation thermique et acoustique. Mais quels crit\u00e8res doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s lors du choix de fen\u00eatres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de tous leurs avantages ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>La construction des fen\u00eatres et leur efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/h2>\n<p>Les fen\u00eatres \u00e0 haute performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sont de plus en plus populaires, notamment dans le contexte des b\u00e2timents passifs. Cela est d\u00fb, entre autres, \u00e0 leur construction solide, qui emp\u00eache la formation de ponts thermiques et contribue \u00e0 minimiser les pertes de chaleur dans les pi\u00e8ces. Les fen\u00eatres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques sont principalement en aluminium ou en PVC et disposent d&rsquo;un double ou triple vitrage. Ces constructions comportent trois ou quatre feuilles de verre reli\u00e9es par des cadres s\u00e9parateurs, dont deux ou trois sont rev\u00eatus de couches \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;espace entre les vitres est rempli \u00e0 90 % d&rsquo;argon ou de krypton et \u00e0 10 % d&rsquo;air. En fonction du paquet de vitrage choisi, il est possible d&rsquo;atteindre un coefficient de transmission thermique allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,3 W\/m\u00b2K. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour obtenir une haute performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est le cadre s\u00e9parateur (appel\u00e9 cadre thermique), qui r\u00e9duit la conductivit\u00e9 thermique et minimise le risque de condensation de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau. Cependant, ce sont les param\u00e8tres techniques qui d\u00e9terminent dans quelle mesure les fen\u00eatres r\u00e9duisent les pertes de chaleur et, par cons\u00e9quent, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Lors du choix de fen\u00eatres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, il est donc essentiel de pr\u00eater attention aux facteurs suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coefficient de transmission thermique de la fen\u00eatre enti\u00e8re (Uw) :<\/strong> pour les maisons \u00e0 haute performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, cette valeur devrait se situer entre 0,85 et 1,0 W\/m\u00b2K ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coefficient de transmission thermique du profil de fen\u00eatre (Uf) :<\/strong> cette valeur d\u00e9pend de la largeur du profil (les profils de plus de 80 mm offrent la meilleure isolation) et du type de renfort utilis\u00e9 (les renforts en plastique sont plus chauds que les renforts en acier). Le coefficient Uf pour les profils en PVC peut varier entre 0,9 et 1,4 W\/m\u00b2K ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coefficient de transmission thermique du paquet de vitrage (Ug) :<\/strong> la valeur de ce param\u00e8tre est fortement influenc\u00e9e par le type de paquet de vitrage utilis\u00e9, ainsi que les cadres s\u00e9parateurs et le remplissage de l&rsquo;espace entre les vitres. Actuellement, les valeurs de ce param\u00e8tre pour les fen\u00eatres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques se situent entre 0,5 et 0,6 W\/m\u00b2K ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coefficient de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire (g) :<\/strong> il d\u00e9termine combien d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie peut p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 travers les vitres. Plus sa valeur est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie p\u00e9n\u00e8tre par la fen\u00eatre, ce qui chauffe l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Ce param\u00e8tre devrait se situer autour de 55 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>L&rsquo;installation des fen\u00eatres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/h2>\n<p>Un autre aspect essentiel \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer lors du choix des fen\u00eatres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques est une installation correcte. Pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la construction de la fen\u00eatre, il est recommand\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une installation dite \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 chaud\u00a0\u00bb en trois couches, o\u00f9, en plus de la mousse polyur\u00e9thane traditionnelle utilis\u00e9e pour sceller la fen\u00eatre, des films r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et perm\u00e9ables \u00e0 la vapeur (\u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur) ainsi que des films pare-vapeur (\u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur) sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s.
