En termes simples, une faible quantit\u00e9 de chaleur de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur traverse la fen\u00eatre. Ainsi, la vitre ext\u00e9rieure reste froide, favorisant la condensation de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air sur sa surface. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est fr\u00e9quent dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, comme les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res ou les b\u00e2timents proches de plans d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment pr\u00e9venir la condensation ext\u00e9rieure des vitres ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il n\u2019existe pas de solution miracle pour emp\u00eacher totalement la condensation ext\u00e9rieure sur les vitrages classiques. Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, o\u00f9 l\u2019a\u00e9ration r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et une bonne ventilation peuvent aider, il est difficile de contr\u00f4ler les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques qui favorisent la condensation ext\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>La seule solution efficace consiste \u00e0 investir dans des vitrages anti-condensation. Ces vitrages sont dot\u00e9s d\u2019un rev\u00eatement sp\u00e9cial qui r\u00e9duit la formation de bu\u00e9e en augmentant la temp\u00e9rature de la surface ext\u00e9rieure de la vitre, diminuant ainsi l\u2019\u00e9cart de temp\u00e9rature avec l\u2019air ambiant.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, la condensation des vitres est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne naturel qui r\u00e9sulte des lois de la physique et ne doit pas \u00eatre une source d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude majeure.
